  20. Well your out of luck with AMAX IV as it's no longer supported.

  22. You can try Shapeshifter for FREE. It's ONLY $40 to Register, Quite CHEAP!

  24. Shapeshifter like AMAX Can't read Low Density MAC Disks. You would be a MAC
  25. Floppy drive for that are they changed SPEEDS depending on where the drive was
  26. beinf accessed at, Amiga and IBM Floppy drives don't do that, Mac High Density
  27. Drives Don't do that either, so if you have a High Density Drive for your
  28. Amiga you can read High Density Mac Disks.  You and read Custom Low Density
  29. Shapeshifter AMax formated Floppys, but a Mac can't read those I think, and
  30. you can't read the Macs.  There are Ways to get around this.

  32. Shapeshifter and use filedisks, there are Posted Shapeshifter Boot Filedisks
  33. you can use to get going, depending on which one you get there around 1.5 Megs
  34. in size.  You can then go on from there using the Mac to Download files you
  35. need, or the Amiga.  Myself I have a High Density Floppy Drive in my A1200, I
  36. have System 7.5 and 7.5.1 on High Density Floppys, so it was quite easy to
  37. install.
